Your Privacy Rights Under CCPA and Other Applicable Laws
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. This page serves as the mechanism for exercising that right.
Note: For all users outside of California, the collection of device and network fingerprinting data is mandatory for access control, security, and contractual integrity, and cannot be opted out of.
Hostile Intent™ may share or sell the following categories of data for purposes related to enhancing security, intelligence analysis, and corporate benefit (Section 4.A):
The persistent identification provided by device and network fingerprinting is mandatory for high-assurance access control and fraud prevention, which is fundamental to the service we provide.
A user exercising the Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Data (including fingerprinting data) may be unable to access or utilize the Hostile Intent™ service due to the fundamental security requirement for high-assurance access control (Section 3.B).

When filling out the form, select "Privacy Rights Request" from the Subject dropdown and include "CCPA Do Not Sell My Personal Information" in your message.
In accordance with applicable regulations (CCPA), users have additional rights, including the Right to Know, Right to Deletion, and Right to Correction (Section 5.A).
